California Contractors Licensing Board awarded me a C-33 (Painting and Decorating ) LIcense back in 1987 whilst I was Malibu Painting, and since then I have efforted to always produce work not only within Industry Standards worthy of my trade, but to surpass expectations. A Ca. Licensee must be Bonded to maintain their license and I also carry Insurance up to $2Million dollars for your property's protection.

I am now offering extended warranties for a small sum that go beyond the legal 1-4 years required of a Licensed Painting Contractor. Even if there is a failure not due to our negligence we are still able to service your home so that you can be assured of a reliable, long lasting paint job. I moved to San Diego permanently in 1994 after first testing the waters in 1992 The climate here is very similar to Malibu's Mediterranean climate, rather dry, with a strong unforgiving sun that tests a home's endurance, particularly on its south side, especially on the fascia. I am well versed on dealing with the destructive power of termites in this region, and am able to address mold and efflorescence problems, both on wood and stucco.
