California Contract law dictates that all work must be guaranteed no matter what for the first year, if negligent for four years, and further that all claims made to consumer affairs are to be investigated for up to ten years after completion. Beyond the normal legal contractor warranties I also offer extended warranties for a small fee, so that you can rest assured that all work done by me I will stand behind.
