California Contract law dictates that all work must be guaranteed no matter what for the first year, if negligent for four years, and further that all claims made to consumer affairs are to be investigated for up to ten years after completion. Beyond the normal legal contractor warranties I also offer extended warranties for a small fee, so that you can rest assured that all work done by me I will stand behind.

Kitchen cabinet painting usually takes from 3 days to a week or even longer depending on the size of the project, cabinet refreshing on the other hand is usually a 1 or 2 day job.
I prefer Vista Paints, but on interiors occasionaly will also use some Behr or other products. On exteriors I prefer Elastomeric Paints, or Vista Carefree. I am also a Certified Texcote applicator and licensed to apply “Coolwall”.
Interior projects need your attention to remove fragile and personal items, kitchen cabinets need emptying of valuable or fragile items, the cleaner the better on both counts, on the exterior you shouldn’t have things against the surface where we are going to be painting.

Good Exterior paint jobs are normally projected to last 6-12 years, yet I easily get double + longevity by properly preparing the substrate, doing a second coat on troubled areas, utilizing Elastomeric paints with higher fill, and Texcote products with Kynar and extended warranties that I offer at an affordable rate, plus the C.S.L.B. division of Consumer Affairs will investigate a claim for up to ten years after a job has been completed!
